Our room was big size and spotless, the staff was pleasant. Good location - a short way from everywhere we needed. There was a pretty good restaurant within a close distance from the hotel.

We had a just perfect stay for business trip.
the location was great, specially it was really close to the train station which was useful. spent our evenings in nearby holsteins enjoying drinks and atmosphere. there were exceptionally comfortable beds and a multi-channel television, a study table, and a radio inside the room.

This place has a great location close to the train station and right in the center, and they upgraded me to a superior double room for free, which was a nice touch.

All OK except room 106. It is just above the suppliers entrance and at 5 am first suppliers start loading and unloading right under your window. Then sleeping is over !

Hotel all ok, see comments below.
Again they tried to give me room 110. Last time discovered this is above the suppliers entrance (rooms 106 till 112) thus being very noisy from 5.00 am due to suppliers activities. Apparently this is the standard for Booked.net travellers. Upon my request for another room the small female manager on duty came out. She told me that "everyone has preferences and the hotel can not meet all of their demands". I told I pay for sleeping till at least 7.00 and don't want to be waken up at 5.00 P.M. because of truck movement etc. At last she gave me a different room. The hotel at the time was more then half empty.... Would be good to have a professional duty manager that is customer friendly, certainly not the small female one I met !

The location of this hotel is excellent, being only a short walk from the train station and around 15 minutes from the downtown area. This convenience is a huge plus. The rooms are clean and fresh, providing basic amenities and comfortable beds. Despite some reviews mentioning the rooms being too hot, I didn't have any issues with the temperature during my stay. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and provided excellent service. They even fulfilled my request to have the bill printed while I was enjoying breakfast, which was a nice touch. The breakfast at this hotel was one of the best I've had in Europe. It had a wide variety of options and was included in the price, which was also a bonus.
All was okay, nothing negative to mention.
